Prima’s Packaging Process

  1. Record a video of the entire process before handling the product.
  2. Place the product in the official PRIMA box.
  3. Attach a label requesting the recipient to record an unboxing video on top of the product box
  4. Seal the box opening with a tamper-evident sticker, marked with the delivery month and year.
  5. Wrap the box with protective bubble wrap.
  6. Insert the warranty card and PRIMA sales receipt.
  7. Place the wrapped box and document envelope into a shipping carton.
  8. Seal the carton box with security tape.
  9. Attach another label requesting the recipient to record an unboxing video.
  10. Print and attach an additional delivery note.
  11. Take photos of the completed packaging.

Upon delivery, customers are required to record a video of the unboxing process. If the received item is incorrect, damaged, or deformed, please contact our fanpage or hotline to file a complaint, attach the unboxing video, and return the product. Prima will promptly arrange an exchange for the correct item. In cases of missing documentation such as the invoice, warranty card, or accompanying gifts, Prima will immediately ship the missing items to ensure full customer rights.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Within 7 days from the purchase date shown on the invoice:
  • Customers may exchange for another product. The returned item must remain intact, with no alteration in color, size, or original form.
  • No refund will be issued if the new product is priced lower than the returned item.
  • Customers must pay the difference if the new item costs more.
  • Exchanges are only applicable for products of the same category and at the same store.
  1. Buyback Policy after 7 days:
  • Prima must verify the product via a branded hallmark or through the Customer Information Database. The product will only be eligible for buyback if one of these conditions is met.
  • Products without proof of PRIMA origin (e.g., no invoice, sales receipt, hallmark, or customer record) are subject to rejection.

WARRANTY POLICY

This is a high-quality, handcrafted product from PRIMA, designed and manufactured by Pranda Vietnam Co., Ltd.—a member of the Pranda Group, Thailand. Every PRIMA piece is a work of art made from 24K gold, skillfully crafted by experienced jewelers using advanced techniques.

Warranty Terms:

– Valid for 2 years from the purchase date listed on the warranty card.

– Warranty applies under the following conditions:

* Manufacturing defects confirmed by Pranda Vietnam Co., Ltd.

* Warranty card is intact with complete product information and still within the warranty period.

– The warranty does not cover:

* Damages from improper use or transportation, misuse, unauthorized alterations/repairs, or loss of original condition. Natural disasters or force majeure (e.g., weather, war, etc.).

*Service fees may apply depending on the repair case.

– The warranty or repair period is 10 days in Ho Chi Minh City and 14 days in Hanoi. In cases of severe product damage, as determined by Pranda Vietnam Co., Ltd., the process may take approximately 25 to 30 days depending on the case.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep away from direct heat and sunlight.

Do not spray, wash, or allow cleaning/polishing agents to come into direct contact with the glass or frame. If necessary, gently wipe off dust using a soft, dry cloth.

Avoid touching the glass surface and frame directly. For large framed artworks, use brackets or a bottom support when hanging the piece.

Store the product in a well-ventilated area. Do not place the artwork in damp or humid environments.
