Our obligations include:

  • Advising and guiding customers with detailed product information to ensure proper understanding and usage.
  • Establishing an ordering system that enables customers to properly place and cancel orders.
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving any difficulties during product usage.
  • Providing relevant documentation such as invoices, purchase receipts, or payment vouchers related to the buyer’s transactions, based on the total amount ordered in a given month.
  • Maintaining normal website operations and promptly addressing any issues affecting prima.com.vn. In the event of force majeure—such as natural disasters, fire, social unrest, or official government decisions—we shall not be held liable.

 

  1. Rights and Obligations of the Customer 
  • An order is considered confirmed when the order confirmation page is displayed to the customer.
  • The customer must fully pay the total amount stated in the order, along with any applicable invoices and documents (if any).
  • The customer must cooperate and provide complete and accurate information to the seller when requested in relation to transactions.
  • Customers are expected to regularly read and comply with the Policies and Terms on prima.com.vn to stay informed and act in accordance with the current regulations.
